I recently used Pdc inc. engineers for a project, and I found their services to be average. While the website was user-friendly and provided a lot of useful information, I felt that the communication from the team could have been more prompt and clear. The engineers were knowledgeable, but I would have appreciated more proactive updates on the progress of the project. Overall, the experience was satisfactory, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer service. 😐
