I recently used the services of this company to organize a fundraising event for my non-profit organization. The experience was decent overall. The website was easy to navigate, and I was able to find a variety of unique experiences and packages to offer as auction items. However, the customer service was a bit lacking, as I had some trouble getting timely responses to my inquiries. Additionally, the pricing seemed a bit high compared to similar services, which made it difficult to justify the expense to my team. The actual auction items were well-received at the event, but I was left with a feeling of just "average" overall.
