I recently engaged with the website gci-usa.com for consulting services. The overall experience was average. The website design is efficient and easy to navigate, providing a good range of services. The content on the site is informative and helpful. However, I found that the response time for inquiries was slower than expected, and the communication with the team was somewhat lacking. Despite this, the services provided were satisfactory. Overall, the experience was neither disappointing nor outstanding. With a bit of improvement in customer communication, the company could elevate the experience for its clients. 🙂
