I went with my friends for a get together and decided to check out the intercontinental chennai. On arrival the staff was courteous and guided us to our rooms, he explained about the hotel, pool timings, spa related details and the beach fun with games. The room was very comfortable and cozy which i actually loved. We chose AI package and had all our meals in melting pot restaurant, the food was just amazing. The spa experience was really relaxing, it refreshed us. My therapy was done by ST(Therapist) was was super cool, i loved it and planning to visit again with my family. Overall we as a group of 6 had an amazing stay! Thanks to the staff who were following strict safety protocols and keeping us safe!
