I've had both positive and negative experiences with Guitar Center. While their website is user-friendly and offers a good selection of products, the customer service can be hit or miss. At times, I've received excellent assistance from their staff, while on other occasions, I felt ignored or rushed. Despite these inconsistent experiences, I continue to shop at Guitar Center due to the convenience and variety they offer.
