I recently engaged with a healthcare communications company for some marketing and branding support. While the initial interactions were promising, I found that the execution of the project fell short of my expectations. The communication seemed a bit disconnected, and there were some delays in delivering the final materials. Although the team was friendly and professional, there were some inconsistencies in the quality of the work. The website was user-friendly and provided a good overview of their services, but I wish there were more case studies or testimonials to showcase their previous work. Overall, my experience was average, and I believe there is potential for improvement in their service delivery and client communication.
