They have a terrific Jackson Pollock in the permanent collection and the place is just nice to walk through. The cafe is a relaxing place off a busy road to kill a little time if like me you were waiting for a Jack the Ripper walking tour to start at Aldgate East tube station. The museum has a lot of history and avant garde bona fides. Stumbled upon this when travelling elsewhere as it s next to Aldgate East tube station and thought I d look in. Good exhibition. Although, I wasn t blown away, with free admission I can t complain as it was still a good experience. Fantastic book shop too- certainly the star of the show and all very well priced.
