I recently bought a new phone from Steve Electronics and I am extremely disappointed with my purchase. The phone keeps freezing and the battery life is abysmal. I tried contacting customer service for assistance but received no help. I wouldn't recommend Steve Electronics to anyone and I wish I hadn't wasted my money on their products.
