The doctors, midwives, and NP s here are amazing. The receptionists however, are the reason why there are so many negative reviews. Their lack of professionalism is the main reason for it. They are rude and disrespectful. They share patient s private information with one another when they think others are not listening. It takes them longer than 15 minutes to register you even if they have all your information on file, it takes them even longer than that to call you just to register you. I wouldn t mind the wait if they were at least polite. The all time worst one is a small older Hispanic woman with a dark complexion. I wish I could have gotten her name. She seems to lead the others with her rudeness.
