Unfortunately, was not an experience I recommend. Three main areas stand out:

1.) Inability to provide insurance requirements for specific mortgage programs. Combined with the feeling of being coerced into using an insurance company TLP partners with.

2.) At closing the monthly mortgage amount was almost $800 more than the good faith estimate.

3.) After asking to speak to someone else at the company to address closing issues, no follow-up. Three voice mail messages left, none returned.

Not the way I do business, and after the experience, not a company I would recommend. The mortgage is now serviced by Wells Fargo, and am so much happier dealing with them.
