I had an overall average experience with Easybike group. The website easybike.fr is user-friendly and informative. The booking process was simple and hassle-free. However, the customer service could be improved. I faced some issues with the delivery of my bike and it took a while to get a response. Nonetheless, the quality of the bike was good and I enjoyed my ride. I would rate Easybike group as average and would consider using their services again in the future.
