Sound Ideas LLC is an average company. Their website, yoursoundideas.com, is easy to navigate and provides a decent selection of products. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was slow, and when I did finally get a response, it wasn't very helpful. The overall experience was just okay.
