I recently completed a course on the Alexander Technique at the Brighton Alexander Technique College and it was an amazing journey. The instructors were knowledgeable and supportive throughout the course. I feel more aware of my body and have seen improvements in my posture. I highly recommend this college to anyone interested in the Alexander Technique.
