I was a bit disappointed with my visit to The Thickshake Factory. The milkshake I ordered tasted quite average and didn't really stand out. The service was slow and the staff seemed disinterested. I found the prices to be on the higher side for what they offer. Overall, it was a mediocre experience and I probably won't be going back anytime soon.
