I have been practicing Tai Chi for a while now, and I have never come across such a welcoming and inclusive environment as the Tai Chi Center Of Chicago. The instructors are incredibly skilled and patient, and they always make sure that everyone feels comfortable and supported. The classes are well-paced and the techniques taught are effective. I am grateful for the opportunity to be a part of this wonderful community.
