Amro is so awesome. My mom gave me her piano, and Amro (especially Tracy in scheduling and Charles, the tech) were so wonderful in helping me coordinate moving the piano from her house in Mississippi to mine in Memphis and then tuning it. Tracy worked hard to overcome scheduling issues to make both the move and tuning convenient for me, and Charles tuned the piano and let me know about some repairs it needs, and I got a quote on the spot to re-regulate it. I was worried about the condition of the piano - it has been moved several thousand miles in its life, including the most recent move from Utah to Tennessee - and Charles was very reassuring that the piano can be brought back to its former glory from the showroom days. They ve earned a lifetime customer!
