I had a mixed experience with Findchips. While their website was easy to navigate and had a wide range of electronic components to choose from, their customer service was lacking. It took multiple attempts to get a response from their support team, and even then, the resolution was not satisfactory. However, I must commend them on their fast shipping and competitive prices. Overall, I would rate Findchips as average.
