The PA and Doctor are nice but they never figure out issues unless obvious. The office is incompetent and no one ever calls you back unless you hound them. The medical staff must be over worked because they keep forgetting what they say they are going to do. I use them because they come to my father's assited living and he is in a wheelchair and hard to get out to other doctors but incredibly frustrated with them.
Now let me add, they can't even get my father's death certificate to the Wake County Vital records. All I get is that it must of gotten lost in the mail. I am having to hand carry it to the Doctor to sign and then downtown. My father ended up in the hospital because they lost his urine analysis and wasn't going to tell me until I asked. They are the worst run company! Use someone else if you can!
