I recently attended a culinary course at the Culinary Academy of India and I must say it was an incredible experience. The instructors were highly knowledgeable and skilled, and their passion for cooking was evident in every class. The facilities were top-notch and fully equipped with the latest cooking equipment. The curriculum was comprehensive and covered a wide range of culinary techniques and cuisines. I especially enjoyed the hands-on practical sessions where we got to apply what we learned.
