New Years Eve 2017, very bad organization during dinner the music was uncontrolled and very loud you could not speak. Few waiters the poor went crazy trying to serve tables on time. They offered us a bus service that only picked us up from the hotel for dinner (I'm late by the way and we missed the cocktail) a pick-up bus never appeared. They offered us a hotel next to the lounge and in the end they gave us one in Puzol. In short we hired one thing and they gave us another. We will not repeat.
