Food is usually very good, but the woman who handles takeout is incredibly unprofessional and rude. Had a problem with takeout and called up. I was passed off to who I was told was the manager. Immediately the manager started yelling and blaming my wife for the order being incorrect. Tried to talk to her and she repeatedly (3-4 times) interrupted and went on yelling sprees. Even tried to let them know that the duck sauce we received tasted odd and that they might want to check it out. I asked for her name and she repeatedly refused. I asked to speak to the manager (she at one point said she wasn t the manager) and she said no. I asked 2x for the owner s name. She refused and eventually hung up on me. I called back a few minutes later hoping to speak with someone sane to get the name of the owner. No one answered my call. My father in law and I have both spoken with her in the past and on both occasions received similar treatment. Absolutely incredible that a business continues to allow such a mean and rude person to communicate with their customers, and apparently from reading other reviews this happens often. We are done going there.
