I had a mixed experience with Omnious. While their website is easy to navigate and their products are of good quality, their customer service is lacking. I had an issue with an order and it took weeks for them to resolve it. However, once the issue was resolved, I was satisfied with the outcome. Overall, I would rate Omnious as average.
