The person that called me was very rude and unprofessional. After she tried to verify my dob, which I didn t provide due to not knowing who she was or representing, she told me to research the phone number on my called ID.

Called back, thirty minutes later and talked to Rose. She gave me the information I needed. She was very pleasant and updated my file. Thanks Rose for you re professionalism.
