I had an overall decent experience shopping at Towne Jewelers Inc. The staff was helpful, and they had a decent selection of jewelry. The prices were reasonable, and I was able to find a lovely bracelet for myself. However, I felt that the website could be improved to make the browsing experience more user-friendly.
