I recently worked with a design company and it was an average experience. The team was responsive and delivered satisfactory designs, but there were some areas that could have been improved. While the outcome met my requirements, I felt that more attention to detail could have been given to certain elements. Nonetheless, the overall service was decent and I would consider working with them again in the future.
