Was better when it was Vistana Villages now if the visiting it back after 3 years it is turned horrible the area the places are dirty the pool area is not kept the rooms are not kept properly .
The staff is still helpful to a point do to the company changing over.
If I had to do it over again I wouldn't have bought with someone else.they should have stayed the Sheraton .
That is why I have given it one star it doesn't even deserve one star ..........!
Have to leave 4 Days early do to the smell in the room.
