Global Exchange is an average company. Their services are decent but not outstanding. I have used their website to exchange currencies a couple of times, and overall, I am satisfied. The rates were reasonable, and the transactions were smooth. However, I feel that their website could use some improvements in terms of user-friendliness and design. In terms of customer service, they were responsive and helpful. Overall, I would rate Global Exchange as average.
