FitBolt has been a disappointment for me. The device constantly loses connection with the app, making it frustrating to use. The heart rate monitor is also highly inaccurate, providing inconsistent readings. I contacted customer support, but their response was slow and unhelpful. I regret purchasing FitBolt and would not recommend it to others.
