I had a mixed experience with Retail inventory solutions. On one hand, their website was easy to use and their customer service was friendly. On the other hand, the delivery of my order was delayed, and the product I received was not as described. They did resolve the issue eventually, but it was a hassle. Overall, I have mixed feelings about their services.
