Have had a great experience with the property managers who work with SUHRCO at my recent rental apartment complex. They have been super responsive and always willing to help. This is not something I have experienced in previous rentals I've had. Specifically I'd like to call out Jason Lyons who is friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful, and the previous manager Bruce Larson who consistently went above and beyond to respond to requests or issues. They have made our time here at the Martinique Apartments feel more like a community than just a rental.
