The services provided by Incentives Hawaii, Inc. were average. Although they were able to assist us with our travel arrangements, we felt that their customer service could have been better. The staff seemed unenthusiastic and unresponsive to our needs. Overall, our experience with Incentives Hawaii, Inc. was just okay.
