Recently, I hired a web development company for my project. I must admit that I had a mixed experience with them. On one hand, their website design and development skills were commendable and the results were satisfactory. However, I found their customer support to be lacking. They were not as responsive as I had expected, and it sometimes took a while to get my queries answered. While I appreciate their work, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer service.
