I have a lease at Maplewood Apartments. The process from setting up a showing to getting approved was very quick, all within one week and I was able to move in the following week. Unit had minor maintenance issues but was addressed quickly by management. Great amenities and nice landscape throughout the property. Reason for 4 star instead of 5 is that the carpet was badly stained even after being told it was steam cleaned. It's more so because of the previous tenant but due to the stains, it made my unit look very dirty.
