I had a very average experience with Psychological Resource Associates. The therapist I worked with was knowledgeable and professional, but I didn't feel a strong connection or sense of trust. The sessions were helpful in addressing some of my concerns, but I didn't feel like we made significant progress. Overall, I would say it was an okay experience.
