I recently had the misfortune of experiencing water damage in my home. I contacted a few companies for assistance, including Water Damage Defense. Although I ultimately went with another company, I must say that the customer service I received from Water Damage Defense was top-notch. They were responsive, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me. While I cannot comment on their actual services, I can definitely vouch for their excellent customer service.
