The commercial vehicle department for Mercedes Benz was very rude and inefficient. I ordered a Sprinter on January, and it still has not arrived. I tried reaching them several times, and left several messages, and they never called me back. Very disappointed, and I still don t understand why the car dealers were so sloppy and rude.
