I've been a customer of Joytel for a few years now, and I've had mixed experiences. Sometimes the internet speed is great, but other times it can be quite sluggish. The customer support is generally helpful, but there have been instances where they couldn't resolve my issues satisfactorily. Overall, I would say it's an average service.
