I had a mixed experience at Dormero hotels. While the room was spacious and clean, the customer service was lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and unresponsive to my needs. Additionally, the hotel's location was not ideal, as it was far from the main attractions. Overall, I was disappointed with my stay.
