👍 I absolutely love practicing iaido at Hokushin shinoh ryu! The instructors are fantastic and the training is always engaging and enjoyable. The sense of discipline and focus that comes with practicing iaido has really had a positive impact on other areas of my life as well. It's a great way to stay fit and learn a traditional Japanese martial art. Highly recommend! 👍
