Really wish i could give less than 1 star, even negative if possible. worst service I've ever tried to use. makes dealing with the DMV look like heaven. I cant even figure out if i have filed or not, cant get any answers, cant get any money, and i need to pay rent. Now their website doesn't even work so now I really have no idea what to do. this whole organization needs to be brought down and rebuilt from the ground up and the people responsible for its current state should be blacklisted from ever holding a similar job again. their only abilities seem to fall more in line with a career at McDonald's. i don't understand how there isn't riots outside this place constantly. editing just to laugh at the copy and paste responses from the owner. your job is a joke, if you are an actual human and not just a computer program responding to these reviews i have just one question for you, how do you live with yourself misleading people daily and representing a organization that lets families go hungry and people lose their homes due to improper management? you should be ashamed of yourself to accept money from thieves. constantly telling people there is no call system, ok, so take the numbers down, its been months, stop making it appear that its an option if its not. Now go ahead and give me the generic copy and paste response you give everyone.
