Staff very friendly. Unless there are inconsistencies, then the arrogant "official attitude" comes to light.
Background: Have applied for a visa and submitted a photo with glasses. However, this is apparently no longer allowed SINCE 1 November 2017. A note is on the website and also in the embassy itself, but in the following text: "AFTER November 1st no glasses allowed ..." (a year is not included). Now I thought that this hint was a PLANNING and refers to the future to prepare people for it. It was not like that. I pointed out to the officials, knowing that I must definitely submit a new photo. However, the official still insisted on reprimanding me sharply and told me to take a picture without glasses. I had no problem with having to take a new picture, but the sound makes the music.
