I recently went to Chapters Hair Design for a haircut and had an average experience. The stylist was friendly and listened to what I wanted, but the end result was just okay. The salon itself was clean and well-maintained. The prices were reasonable, but I expected a bit more from the service. Overall, it was an average haircut.
