I recently purchased a product from Novotech and I must say, their service is average. The product arrived on time and was in good condition. However, I was not completely satisfied with the quality of the product. It worked fine initially, but after a few weeks, it started giving some issues. I had to contact their customer support multiple times to get it resolved. Overall, the experience was just average.
