I've had a mixed experience with MyCareer. While the website is easy to use and offers a good range of job opportunities, I find that the response rate from potential employers is quite low. It can be frustrating to spend time applying for jobs and not hear back. Additionally, the website's interface could be more visually appealing. Overall, I think there is room for improvement.
