I don t know who was more rude, the lady at the information desk or the lady at the outpatient desk. Before my daughter received her covid test the nurse administering it had the swab in her hand waving it around in the air as she talked. Also the protective gear the nurse was wearing to administer the test was sitting in the covid testing room draped over a chair as we walked into the room. So if covid is such a big deal why is this hospital helping the spread of it??
