I had a mixed experience with Tileology. While their website is user-friendly and their selection is impressive, the customer service left something to be desired. I had some issues with my order, and it took a while to resolve them. However, once the issues were sorted out, I was satisfied with the quality of the tiles. I hope they improve their customer service in the future.
