Bad service, I called to have iphone 7 repaired because of a badge problem.

After 1 week I have to call them again to know what happens with my mobile, they tell me that the home button does not work, that if I want they change it for a bluetooth one, I told them that yes, they repaired it and they sent it to me, all good.

I receive the phone and my surprise is that it does not play sound and I can not get a keyboard in any app (problems I did not have before).

I proceed to call for a solution and they tell me that I have to pay a diagnosis, well, I pay for it and they pick it up.

The problem comes when I wait more than 2 weeks to tell me the result of the diagnosis and tired of waiting, I call them and they tell me that it is a problem on the plate that to fix it I have to pay 150 ... my question is why I already paid for a plate repair, do I have to pay another for a fault that I have not committed? And what makes me more angry, why on the web does it repair in 48 hours and I have to wait 2 weeks for a diagnosis and that I also had to call myself?

I know who I will NOT trust again, very bad service.
