I recently had a photo shoot with a local photography company and had an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and gave me a good idea of the services they offered. However, the communication between the company and myself could have been better. It took quite a while for them to respond to my initial inquiry, and even after that, there were some delays in finalizing the details. The photographer was skilled, but didn't go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable during the shoot. The quality of the photos was decent, but nothing extraordinary. Overall, I would rate my experience with this company as average. They did an okay job, but there were certainly areas for improvement in their customer service and attention to detail.
