I found the overall experience with Cartel electronics inc. to be average. The website was easy to navigate and the products were displayed neatly. However, the customer service was lacking. I had to wait a long time to get a response to my inquiry, and when I finally did, the representative was not very helpful. The product I ordered arrived on time but was missing some accessories. I had to contact customer service again to get the missing items shipped to me. Overall, Cartel electronics inc. has room for improvement in terms of customer service.
