I am a CUSTOMER of the Uw-madison department of medicine, id section. I would rate this company as average. Their website (medicine.wisc.edu) is easy to navigate and provides important information about their services. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. The staff was not very helpful and it took a long time to get a response to my inquiries. Overall, I had an okay experience with this company.
